Inside Kith & Kin

A quieter space for independent hospitality operators.

This is for you

Independent hospitality operators connecting inside the Kith & Kin Community

If you run an independent hospitality business, you are holding more than most people realise.

The decisions, the responsibility, the team, the customers, the numbers. The thinking and the doing all sit in the same place, and there isn’t much space to step back from it.

Kith & Kin exists for that reality.

What this is

This is not a traditional community.

There is no pressure to post, to perform, or to keep up.

It is a quieter space. A place to come back to when you need to think more clearly, reconnect with what you’re building, and remind yourself that you are not the only one doing it this way.

This is shaped around the Five Pillars of Stand Out Hospitality, a simple framework to help you step back and see your business more clearly.

Who this is for

This is for independent hospitality operators.

People who are building something of their own, holding the responsibility that comes with it, and want to do it well.

It tends to resonate with people who:

– care deeply about what they are building
– feel the weight of it
– want to do it properly, not just keep it going
– are open, but not looking for quick fixes

If that’s you, you’ll feel welcome.

Built by operators, for operators

Kith & Kin isn’t some corporate community or generic online course. It was created by Cassie Davison, who spent 25 years as an owner-operator and knows what it really takes to survive and thrive, in independent hospitality.
